Overview

The Social Media Analyst will actively participate in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns, supporting performance-driven strategies across multiple platforms while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily optimizations
  • Analyze results and prepare performance reports using Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools
  • Support the implementation and validation of tracking (pixels, events, conversions)
  • Work closely with internal media, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success
  • Ensure campaigns follow platform best practices and internal quality standards
Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience working with paid social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • English level B2 or higher

Good to Have Skills / Knowledge

  • Experience with other paid social platforms
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital KPIs
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
  • Process‑oriented mindset and interest in continuous improvement
