Senior Growth Marketing Manager — Ukraine

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Ukraine to take full ownership of growth initiatives in one of Binance’s top priority markets. This role requires a hands‑on, data‑driven marketer who can combine user acquisition, lifecycle management, and reactivation campaigns with non‑standard growth activations. You will design and execute experiments, optimise the funnel, and ensure Binance stays the #1 crypto brand in Ukraine.

Please note that only English CVs will be evaluated. Location can be flexible, whilst Ukrainian language is a must due to the nature of the role.

• User Growth & Reactivation: Launch non‑standard activations to engage and reactivate the existing userbase;
• Unlock new user growth via creative innovations: new product offerings, interactive mechanics, A/B testing, and lifecycle optimisation;
• Map and improve the entire user journey (Visit → Registration → KYC → Deposit → Trade) to boost business conversion funnel;
• Promotions: Drive and execute series of educational and bonus‑based campaigns;
• Ads management: Ideate, test, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns (web + app);
• Manage ASO/SEO experiments and retargeting campaigns;
• Accountability & Reporting: Fully own Ukrainian OKRs completion, frequently escalate Metrics Progress & Campaigns Performance with Marketing & Operations team.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Growth, Digital, or Performance Marketing (preferably crypto, tech/IT, fintech, e‑commerce, or mobile apps);
• Proven expertise in Acquisition, Retention, Paid Ads, ASO/SEO, Analytics, CRM/email marketing;
• Execution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership and independence;
• Analytical and data‑driven, with hands‑on A/B testing and product optimisation experience;
• Native‑level Ukrainian + strong English proficiency;
• Passion for crypto / blockchain / fintech, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends.

• Background in gambling, betting, or gaming industries with proven growth playbooks;
• Previous experience in crypto marketing or fintech products.

• A senior role with full ownership of growth marketing in a top‑priority market;
