What you can expectWe pay for results—and we’re transparent about it.
- Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results)
- Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 — $82,000

This role is designed for operators who want ownership, accountability, and upside—not micromanagement.
Competitive base salary: $62,000 — $70,000
What we expect from youThis is not an entry-level position.
Required- 3 years as a General Manager (or equivalent) in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
- Demonstrated success managing people, sales, and profitability
- Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational controls
- Experience reading and managing a P&L
- Serv Safe certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Making decisions independently
- Holding others accountable
