OverviewWe are looking for a TAAG Analyst (Technology, Activation & Analytics Group) to join our team in Perú
.
This role supports the technical activation, quality assurance, and tracking of digital media campaigns
. You will work closely with media teams to ensure campaigns are correctly set up, tagged, and tracked across different ad servers, enabling accurate performance measurement and brand safety compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in the technical side of digital advertising.
Responsibilities- Support the QA process of digital campaigns
, including review of creatives, copy, tags, and tracking setup. - Traffic and activate campaigns using different ad servers
. - Implement and manage pixels and tracking tags to enable campaign performance measurement.
- Validate correct campaign setup before launch and during delivery.
- Support analysis and troubleshooting related to tracking and data discrepancies.
- Manage and support brand safety platforms (e.g., Double Verify).
- Work closely with media (paid) and data teams to ensure campaign accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices for campaign activation and tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow technical processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Excel at a basic to intermediate level.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset.
- Experience in digital media, ad operations, or campaign activation.
- Exposure to ad servers or tracking tools.
- Knowledge of pixels, tags, or campaign tracking concepts.
- Experience working with brand safety platforms.
- Agency or media environment experience.
