We are looking for an Observability & Monitoring Engineer (with more than 3 years of experience) to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of monitoring solutions across Linux/Windows environments and cloud/on‑prem platforms.

• Administer Linux/Windows OS.
• Implement, configure, and deploy monitoring and observability tools.
• Build dashboards, SLOs, thresholds, synthetic monitoring, and integrations (ITSM, Event Management, Automation).
• Support troubleshooting, incident response, and production deployments.
• Document procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and promote best practices.

• Experience with Linux/Windows administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, Open Telemetry).
• Understanding of Dev Ops, microservices, and containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

System and network administration, OS fundamentals.

Basic cybersecurity and incident response knowledge.

Understanding of databases, data architecture, and programming fundamentals.

Network troubleshooting, routing/switching, VPNs, load balancing.

Troubleshooting mindset and systematic approach.

Experience with SQL/DB2/MySQL.

Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud, or project management.

CKA, Elastic Observability Engineer, Dynatrace/New Relic/Datadog certifications.
