Contract to hire
Shift : Can start as early as 6AM, and as late as 9AM. Its a typical 40 hour work week.
Compensation: $25 an hour

Overview:
The HR / Quality Assistant supports Human Resources and Quality departments with data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance while assisting with HR processes, payroll support, and quality documentation.
Job Duties :
- Enter and maintain confidential HR and quality records
- Process employee changes and HR system updates
- Support payroll and onboarding activities
- Maintain files, scan documents, and update databases
- Create basic Excel reports and tracking logs
- Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Review quality and production paperwork for accuracy
- Communicate with employees, supervisors, and vendors as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using HR systems, databases, and Excel
