Floor Staff

We are accepting applications for the following position:

Floor Staff are responsible for performing a variety of functions while providing exceptional customer service and assisting in maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment. You will have a varied schedule to work as a Box Office Cashier, Concessionist and/or Usher depending on the needs of the business, while ensuring that our customers are served in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ensuring guest satisfaction - smile, greet, and thank all guests
• Responsible for accuracy of cash drawers, inventory and coupons
• Provide fresh concession products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment
• Prep & Cook food items according to established procedures
• Operate, prepare and clean all concession related equipment
• Tear tickets, collect and deposit appropriate stubs, and direct patrons to their auditoriums
• Managing crowd control
• Seat patrons in auditoriums
• Break and clean up auditoriums
• Maintain clean restrooms
• Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by management (e.g. unlocking doors at open, locking and securing doors at close of business and bagging ticket stubs to be retained at the theatre for auditing purposes)
• Other duties may be performed from time to time as directed by management.

• Highly organized, able to multitask
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the operational needs of the role (shifts are scheduled between 2:00pm - 12:00am Daily / between 9:00am-12:00am Saturdays)

• Frequent standing, bending and walking required
• May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay Rate: CI $8.75per hour
