Senior Admissions Counselor

At GSG Education, we guide students to world-renowned universities. We are currently expanding and seeking a Senior Academic Advisor to strengthen our Admission Advisory team. This role is key to optimizing processes and supporting the strategic work of our senior advisors, while also serving as a platform for professional development in the field of international education. The selected candidate will receive training and mentorship, becoming an essential component in driving our students' success.

The Senior Academic Advisor will provide support throughout the entire university application process, with duties including:

• Management and Organization: Coordination of schedules, student files, and academic events.
• Research: Investigating universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and extracurricular programs.
• Student Support: Assisting with the preparation of applications, documents, and related materials.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison with high schools and universities.
• Post-Admissions: Providing guidance on visas, documentation, and settling-in processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years in administrative, customer service, or educational roles (recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered).
• Language: Intermediate proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Technology: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, effective communication, and a passion for education.

• Work Schedule: Hybrid - Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
