Main Responsibilities- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat
- Make outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong writing and verbal skills in Spanish and English languages;
- Passion for helping and communicating with people;
- Good problem-solving and conflict management skills.
