About the RoleWe’re looking for a PMO to oversee end-to-end software development projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role will drive agile practices across global product and engineering teams, optimize workflows, and enhance overall team productivity through effective coordination and resource management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring progress and quality.
- Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results.
- Drive and implement agile practices across international product and engineering teams, continuously optimizing management processes to improve business satisfaction.
- Optimize resource allocation based on business and R&D needs to continuously enhance the overall productivity of the development team.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to use English as a working language (required).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of project management experience in the Internet industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ACP certification is preferred.
- Strong ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, coordinate across teams, and solve problems.
- Proficient in using common project management systems such as Jira, Workday, and Notion.
- Familiar with AI assistants and automated workflows, including using GPT / Zapier / Make for daily and weekly reports as well as data synchronization.
- Nice to have: experience with common AI agents and workflow tools such as Dify and n8n.
