OverviewWe are looking for a Client Operations Analyst to join our team in Perú
.
This role supports a wide range of media operations, billing, and financial processes for clients and agencies with different levels of complexity. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Support billing and financial processes, including billing status, delivery confirmations (D/Cs), and client invoice creation.
- Assist in the preparation of draft billing reports and budget documentation.
- Track and reconcile budgets, retainers, and monthly spend.
- Maintain monthly budget trackers, YoY comparisons, and consolidated financial snapshots.
- Support authorization mapping, unmatched estimates, and budget updates by brand and business unit.
- Maintain and update Excel‑based media tools and operational flowcharts.
- Support contract operations, including Terms & Conditions reviews and IO notes updates in media platforms.
- Provide operational and financial Q&A support to media teams.
- Support training and onboarding for new team members.
- Contribute to documentation and best‑practice initiatives within the craft.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
