We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support calendar and travel management, coordination of meetings and events, business correspondence, mailing and shipping activities, basic bookkeeping assistance, credit card expense handling, and preparation of presentations and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with basic design skills.
Responsibilities- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and reservations.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and corporate gifts.
- Assist with mailing, shipping, tracking, and documentation.
- Support credit card payments, statements, and simple bookkeeping records.
- Draft and manage business correspondence.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Highly organized, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Experience with shipping coordination or basic bookkeeping is an advantage.
