• As a key member of the central team, you will manage our Sports Desk, delivering group and individual travel and hotel solutions to the sports sector. This is a hands-on, impactful role where every day you will help sports groups secure the perfect travel experience.
• You will drive business through the full booking journey: handling enquiries, preparing proposals, setting client appointments, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings. This role is central to the growth and success of our business.
• Lead as the main point of contact for our Sports Desk across a diverse range of sports partners.
• Handle enquiries group accommodation requests with accuracy, efficiency, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class service.
• Prepare proposals and contracts promptly to support business conversion.
• Coordinate event details with clients and hotel teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage financial postings and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and filing systems to uphold company standards.
• Support marketing and promotion of  services.
