A leading sports organisation in Scotland seeks a part-time Head Coach to support the Climb Scotland Pathway and the Squad programme. This 0.5 FTE role requires effective collaboration with partners and experience in competitive climbing. Responsibilities include leading the squad programme and supporting athlete development. Remote/hybrid working is offered, with occasional attendance at the Head Office in Perth. Candidates should have a strong background in coaching and an understanding of competitive climbing disciplines.
