Reid Smart Solutions Ltd are a Perthshire based company working mainly within the leisure and hospitality industry. We are looking to recruit people who are motivated to succeed, interested in technology and are keen to build positive relationships.

Reid Smart Solutions are looking to recruit a Senior Engineer to work on a full-time basis. This is a varied role which will include installing and servicing audio visual, feature lighting, access control and networking technologies. The successful candidate will be driven to succeed, take pride in their work and willing to be flexible to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high quality installations of audio visual, feature lighting, access control and networking technologies.
• Attend service call outs for customers within required time frame where you will fault find, repair equipment and communicate with the customer.
• Providing on time feedback internally of service and installation work.
• Communicate and build positive relationships with customers ensuring expectations are being met and providing an excellent customer service.
• Represent Reid Smart Solutions on site by communicating professionally with customers and taking pride in personal appearance through wearing uniform and required PPE.
• Working with a motivated can-do attitude building positive relationships with team and willing to participate in other tasks when required.
• Willing to undertake any required training.
• Experience installing and servicing audio visual, access control or networking technologies.
• Willing to be flexible and work extra hours when required to meet customer expectations.
• Willing to take on a lead role when required and mentor junior engineers ensuring standards are continuing to be met.
• Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience of communicating with customers.
• A clean UK driving licence
• Willing to travel throughout Scotland and occasionally throughout the UK.
• A motivated can-do attitude with the drive to learn and develop skill set.
