We’re seeking experienced Kitchen Porters to join the Constellation team and be part of our growing talent across Scotland.

AT SSE Perth you will be working on a Monday to Friday Basis from 7am
-2pm. With Kitchen porter experience you will be working in a fast paced environment collaborating with the Back of House team ensure smooth delivery and service.

This is an ongoing role, all candidates that apply to be expected to commit to the working pattern required for their duration of their time at this site.

• Cleaning of all cooking utensils as required by the culinary team.
• Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and glassware is professionally cleaned before and after use.
• Communicating with the kitchen team and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with our company policy.
• Health and Safety:
  Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with our company policy. Adhering to all policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
• Housekeeping:
  Cleaning kitchen, sweeping & mopping floors, removing waste correctly into the appropriate areas and any other duties required.

£12.60 per hour + holiday pay.

• Previous Kitchen Porter experience within a professional kitchen environment.
• Applicants must be 18 or over

• Able to perform well and complete tasks within a busy environment.
