Multi Skilled Engineer

Are you an experienced engineer looking for a new challenge? We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy production plant in Perth.

You’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work on a variety of production equipment and play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Responding quickly to breakdowns to maintain optimum performance.
• Supporting آغاز of new equipment – including installation, commissioning, and training.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

• Experience with processing or packing equipment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of maintenance in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
