Audit Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will

• Own and manage a client portfolio with minimal senior support, delivering revenue and profitability targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, providing trusted accounting advice
• Review accounts and advise on more complex client matters, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Lead and develop teams through coaching, appraisals and day-to-day technical guidance
• Manage audit planning and delivery, including resourcing and close-out, working closely with Partners and managers

Requirements:As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will need

• ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
• Previous experience mentoring and coaching junior members
• Auditing experience of various clients in various industries
