This position is a 24‑hour per week fixed‑term (3‑month) contract, any 3 of 6 days including bank holidays. Our drivers are the face of the business and interact with customers at home, delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals across the UK. The role requires working in a coldstore at –20ºC, with protective clothing provided and breaks to warm up.

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
• Pick orders within the coldstore
• Use the app to update customer deliveries
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Help the office and picking team when required
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
• Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door‑drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers

• Experience with in a customer‑service based role
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
• Evidence of work stability
• Basic secondary education

• Experience of multi‑drop delivery role
• Experience with in a care‑based role
• Warehouse experience
• Health & Safety awareness

• Friendly, approachable and reliable
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Good attendance and timekeeping

You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least two years. All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks and basic DBS checks. As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a basic DBS Disclosure.
