Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Handler to join our dynamic team based in our Wellingborough office.

• Working closely with Account Executives with day‑to‑day tasks
• Comparing insurance coverages and policy wording
• Providing dedicated and high‑standard customer service to a portfolio of key clients
• Handling general administration tasks such as renewals, mid‑term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries
• Ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Checking and issuing documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

• Previous experience in an insurance background
• Committed to building strong client and insurer relationships
• Confident meeting and speaking with clients and third parties
• Supportive teamwork skills
• Excellent organisational skill
• A pro‑active and collaborative attitude
