Housekeeping Attendant; Weekends

We are currently seeking a professional, conscientious and diligent Housekeeping Attendant with great attention to detail to join our Accommodation Services team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £15.63 / hour - comprising a base rate of £13.13, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 in gratuities and service charge.

Your working pattern will be 12 hours per week - Saturday 9am to 3.30pm and Sunday 10am to 4.30pm.

Location;
Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep cleaning exercises
• Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridors, service and public areas are always achieved
• Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room
• Servicing our guest bedrooms and bathrooms by order of floor/section; making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively; cleaning all surfaces and floors; showers, baths, basins, bidets, and toilets, all of this to the highest standard
• Vacuuming bathrooms, bedrooms floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; expertly using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
