We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Driving Range Attendant
, to join our PGA National Academy team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £14.77 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.27, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.

This is a 6 month Seasonal Fixed Term Contract from April 2026 to October 2026. We have opportunities to work either full-time or on a part-time/flexible basis during the summer season.

Auchterarder, just off the A9. Gleneagles is also within easy reach of a number of Scottish towns and cities:
Edinburgh City Centre (1hr), Glasgow or Dundee (50mins), Stirling and Perth (25mins).

• Ensureing our Driving Range runs without a hitch will be your key focus; creating an inviting and impeccably maintained driving range, where guests can perfect their game and enjoy the Gleneagles experience
• Maintaining the highest standards while maximising our guest and members satisfaction during their visits to Gleneagles
• Building strong working relationships across the estate proactively, always warm and thoughtful
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Planning and organising, with meticulous attention to detail, come naturally to you
• You engage in a proactive, supportive and open way with colleagues and guests alike
• Taking great pride in delivering outstanding service at all times, you strive to create the most memorable experience for members and guests alike
• Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
