An opportunity has arisen for a 1st level registered nurse to join the Perth City District Nursing Service.
The post holder will be committed to providing excellence in care and will join an experienced team in providing a wide range of clinical and nursing interventions to patients within their own homes or homely setting across the Perth City Locality.
Community experience would be advantageous and some knowledge of health and social care integration would be expected.
Full support and training will be provided.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register

Hours of work are:
Various hours 37 / 22.5 hrs per week.
Service Cover is over a 7-day period. 0830hrs-2200hrs
