Oakbank Care Home is a stunning, brand-new service in the heart of Crieff, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 70 residents. Our home provides personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care, all delivered by a dedicated team of professionals who are truly passionate about care and the wellbeing of others.

• £12.70 per hour
• £500 welcome bonus, paid in two instalments: £250 after three months of service and £250 after six months of service.
• Full and part time available
• Paid PVG, Free uniform
• Pension scheme
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours)

You will provide warm, person-centred care that supports each resident to live well every day. From helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting residents during meals or engaging them in activities and conversation, you will bring comfort, companionship and dignity to those you care for. You will also support our team in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment, and always be alert to any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing.

• A qualification such as Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential; we will support the right person to train and succeed.
