Interim Finance Business Partner

Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Perth, Scotland to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner on an initial 6-month contract
. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to support senior stakeholders and provide meaningful financial insight to help drive business performance during a key period for the business.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Interim Finance Business Partner will work closely with operational leaders, providing financial analysis, insight, and strategic support to aid decision-making and ensure strong financial control and on a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key finance contact for operational and departmental stakeholders
• Providing financial analysis and commentary to support business performance
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Producing management information and performance reports
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through financial data analysis
• Challenging and influencing stakeholders to improve financial outcomes
• Supporting the wider finance team during month-end and reporting cycles

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand business operations and provide practical financial insight
• Available to start within a short timeframe
