This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Perth, Scotland. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and manage accounting systems. Responsibilities include analysing financial data, managing budgets, preparing forecasts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning for sustainable growth. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to support effective decision‑making.

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable functions
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance, including budget management and forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are an advantage
• Working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero), EPOS and advanced Excel skills
• Experience in the consumer goods, ecommerce business, retail sector or wellness industry is beneficial but not mandatory
