• Proven experience in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering roles within the electrical utilities, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) or renewable energy sectors, specifically up to 33kV Cabling or Substation Projects.
• Strong track record of delivering engineering works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Awareness of a Designer’s Role under CDM.

• Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years design experience in substations / cabling projects.
• Skilled at identifying and analysing engineering difficulties.
• Willingness to learn.
• Desire for broader progression into Electrical Design Engineering or project management opportunities.
