Logiealmond Primary School
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Logiealmond Primary School in the role of Primary School Support Worker.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Support Worker in our very small rural school.
The role of Support Worker will involve supporting pupils and teachers to access and deliver high quality education.
The main responsibilities of the post involve providing support and learning experiences to learners with a range of needs within Logiealmond.
This role will create opportunities for the successful candidate to contribute meaningfully to our learners' experiences, impacting positively on the pupils and their families.
This post involves 19.25 contracted hours of contact time with pupils Monday to Wednesday during school term time.
An integral aspect of the role is working outdoors in the school playground throughout the school term.
Skills & Experience RequiredWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person with good communication skills to join our highly motivated staff team, helping us to deliver the best outcomes for all children.
You will be hard working, well organised, flexible, caring and committed to improving the life of the school and the people who work in it.
You will work well as part of a team and also be able to take initiative and manage yourself, and your work, efficiently and effectively.
You will promote high standards and maintain positive partnerships.
Previous experience of working with children in a school or nursery environment is essential.
