This role would suit an experienced Business Services professional looking to take ownership of a varied client portfolio while supporting and mentoring junior team members. You'll work closely with Partners, contribute to the strategic growth of the firm, and play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services to owner-managed businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of business services clients
  • Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
  • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
  • Assisting Partners with workflow management and practice development
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
