$55,000 - $60,000 per year

• The Family Intervention Specialist will work closely with youth and families referred by DCP&P and provide evidence‑based interventions within the home and/or community based on the Intercept model – this includes conducting assessments to determine needs and strengths of the family and youth; safety evaluation; service planning; service coordination; and on‑going sessions.
• The Specialist will participate in required trainings as well as team meetings and one on one supervision.

• Master’s degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management required
• MUST BE BILINGUAL – ENGLISH/SPANISH
• Must be willing to work evenings, as needed.
