Operate heavy construction equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, haul trucks;
Perform daily pre-shift inspection procedures;
Communicate with and cooperate with truckers and customers;
Perform equipment maintenance on a routine basis, i.e., lubrication, fueling, and cleaning of loader;
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required by manager
