3rd shift- Production Operator

We are looking for a 3rd shift Production Operator to join our team to be responsible for the daily manufacturing of products following our recipes. You will learn how to work across a variety of production lines in our facility all while making a competitive wage and receiving support from your community of compassionate leaders.

• Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
• Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products
• Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy

• Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
• Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
• Ability to read, write with desire to continually learn and improve
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guideline with previous experience in plant production sites with added plus of exposure to food industry

The hourly rate for this position is $27.37 per hour USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
