The outpatient clinician will provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples. Licensed NJ clinicians (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) who are self‑motivated and can quickly build rapport with clients are invited to apply. Flexible schedule with in‑office, telehealth, or hybrid options. Opportunities to work toward licensure hours.

• Maintain professional license and continuing education requirements per credentialing board.
• Work effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary treatment team.
• Conduct appropriate assessments including biopsychosocial evaluation, treatment planning, progress notes/documentation, and recommendations for psychiatric evaluations.

• Graduated from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or another behavioral health program approved for clinical licensure.
• Trauma‑informed.
• Knowledge of CBT and MI.
• Licensed in New Jersey as LAC, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Qualified Non‑profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
• Free in‑house CEU credits provided by Rutgers School of Social Work and Wellspring during work hours.
• Some positions offer clinical supervision requirements for advanced professional licenses.
