At Peace Care is a growing in-home ABA therapy provider serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across New Jersey. We are committed to compassionate, ethical, and family-centered care—and we’re looking for dedicated Behavioral Technicians to join our team.

• Job Type: Part-time (with opportunity for growth)

  In-home ABA therapy
• Schedule:
  
  Afternoon / Evening
• Pay:
  Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and certification)

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
• Maintain professionalism with families and clinical team
• Follow ethical and clinical standards as outlined by BACB

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience working with children with autism or special needs is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Must pass background check and required clearances
• Strong communication and professionalism
