Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen (CCDOM) is a non‑profit social services agency that serves more than 68,000 clients per year across Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren counties in NJ. We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor 119 to join our Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team in Bridgewater/Flemington, NJ.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

• Supervise direct‑care staff providing community‑based crisis services to youth aged 0‑21 in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren Counties.
• Oversee daily program operations including records reviews, clinical needs support, on‑call coverage, and crisis management guidance for assigned staff.
• Interface with system partners, community agencies, and coordinate services.

• Provisional license (LAC, LSW) working toward full licensure, or full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Children’s System of Care preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
