Warehouse Operative

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client, a well‑established drinks activation brand operating within the alcohol industry. This Warehouse Operative role involves picking orders, moving stock, and loading/unloading vans. The successful candidate must hold a full, clean UK driving licence, as delivering stock to event locations is a key part of the job.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow. The right Warehouse Operative with the right attitude to work will be trained through multiple stages of the business, with the long‑term potential to run their own events - with pay increases as they progress.

Your Role

Pick orders accurately within a warehouse environment
Move stock safely and efficiently
Load and unload vans
Deliver stock to event locations (full UK driving licence essential)
Receive training across various roles within the business
Long‑term opportunity to progress from Warehouse Operative to event lead Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
Previous Warehouse Operative experience desirable but not essential
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Positive attitude with a willingness to progress within the company

Pay & Shifts

£12.50 per hour
Monday to Friday
07:00 - 16:30
