The role:

As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will teach across Levels 1 to 3, with a particular focus on Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape future carers, nurses and social workers through engaging and meaningful curriculum delivery.

• Teach Health and Social Care Level 1–3
• Deliver engaging sessions including the Anatomy & Physi­ology unit at Level 3
• Contribute to curriculum development and learner progression
• Full‑time hours (37 per week) OR part‑time 3 days per week either Mon‑Wed or Wed‑Fri.
• 48 days leave including 35 days annual leave, bank holidays and college closure days

You'll be a confident and enthusiastic educator with a solid background in the health and care sector and proven teaching experience.

• A Degree or Level 5 in Health and Social Care or similar
• A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in health and social care management
• Strong knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3

• Experience in delivering Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3
• A relevant L3 or higher HSC qualification
