If that sounds like you, then keep reading because OTF is looking for energetic and knowledgeable Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
• Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety is our priority!
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout
• Positive attitude and being a team player

• AED/CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orange theory Fitness

Thrive Venture Group was founded in January of 2023. Headquartered in Cleveland, OH; TVG proudly operates 32 Orange theory Fitness studios, across three states:
Arkansas, Ohio, and West Virginia. Thrive is comprised of deeply passionate people, led by franchisees who have been with the brand since 2014, on a mission to educate and empower people to be their best selves. This group is uniquely special in part by its active partnership with the Franchisor, Orange theory Fitness Corporate aka “The Grove”.
