Become a part-time HP Customer Sales Representative!

Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and candidate experience

Schedule: Flex Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10-15 Hours Per Week)

About The Position

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Customer Sales Representative in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s). You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Day-in-the-Life
  • Demonstrate HP products at a big box retail store
  • Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
  • Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store
  • Train retail store associates on HP products and services
  • Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
  • Report competitive insights and activity to Retail Operations

Job Description
  • Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, or event environments
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues
  • Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals
  • Welcomingly greet customers and offer assistance
  • Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest suitable products
  • Advise customers with product and service information
  • Build customer confidence to assist selection
  • Accurately document and report sales
  • Support team effort with related tasks as needed
  • Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
  • Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable
  • Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
Performance Measurements
  • Regular, prompt attendance
  • Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota and goals
  • Customer/client satisfaction measured by rejection percentage and substantiated complaints
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
