As Managing Veterinarian, you’ll blend hands-on clinical practice with thoughtful leadership
, mentoring a talented team of doctors and support staff while advancing medical standards and client experience. You’ll have the autonomy to shape hospital culture, elevate care, and lead with both confidence and compassion—supported every step of the way.

• Well-established practice in an affluent Toledo-area community

• Beautiful, modern 10,000 sq. ft. hospital with:

  • 7 exam rooms

  • Dedicated surgery suite

  • Fully equipped dentistry suite

• Full IDEXX in-house laboratory

• Comprehensive services including wellness care, surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, and advanced diagnostics

• Strong commitment to Fear-Free and low-stress handling

• Collaborative, experienced team that truly enjoys working together

• $150,000 base salary minimum

  • Total earning potential of $200,000+ with production

• $20,000 sign-on bonus
