RN Unit Supervisor – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring a Unit Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care, guide nursing staff, and ensure quality outcomes in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This role is ideal for an RN who wants to combine clinical expertise with team leadership while making a meaningful difference in Perrysburg, Ohio.

• Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
• Build relationships with residents and families through open, compassionate communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive, team‑oriented culture

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
