Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve the overall quality of nursing services across assigned units

• Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, physicians, and staff

• Support direct care delivery as needed

• Participate in the development and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure compliance with CHI Living Communities policies and procedures

• Provide oversight to the Staff Development Nurse to ensure consistent and effective in-service education

Starting $105,000

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN license

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in geriatric nursing

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience

• Current CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care, MDS/RAP summaries, and care planning preferred

• Knowledge of Total Quality Improvement processes preferred
