We are seeking a full-time hands-on Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and execute marketing efforts across the three businesses. This role is ideal for a self-directed marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and working closely with business leadership.
This is an in-office position and will require balancing priorities across multiple brands, channels, and campaigns with a heavy focus on business-to-business marketing.
Key Responsibilities Digital & Paid Advertising- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Create and manage paid social media advertising (Facebook, Linked In, etc.)
- Monitor performance, adjust budgets, and report on ROI
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage lists, segmentation, and basic automation
- Track open rates, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
- Design and coordinate print advertisements
- Work with various publications
- Manage timelines and ensure brand consistency
- Update website content and manage basic on-site ads
- Coordinate messaging across websites, email, and advertising
- Collaborate on content ideas that support lead generation and sales
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations
- Assist with trade show planning and marketing materials
- Coordinate pre-show and post-show marketing efforts
- Accompany the sales team to trade shows (Up to 5 times per year)
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or paid media role
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and owning projects from start to finish
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working with small businesses and/or multiple brands
- Experience with business-to-business marketing
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Word Press or similar)
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or freelancers
