We’ve partnered with a manufacturing facility in Perrysburg, Ohio who is looking for an Electrical Assembly Technician who wants steady hours, a supportive team, and opportunities to keep growing.

- Connect and wire electrical devices on machines, including motors, sensors, switches, and control components
- Terminate and label wires in control panels and terminal strips following schematics and wire numbers
- Install raceways such as wireway, ladder tray, conduit, and other cable management systems
- Use hand and power tools for electrical assembly and machine installation
- Follow electrical schematics, diagrams, and documentation to complete wiring tasks accurately
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines
- Support project startup, machine build, and troubleshooting as needed
- Once hired and trained, travel to various client sites throughout the country to build and repair machinery
- Minimum 1 year of electrical wiring or electrical assembly experience
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and control drawings
- Familiarity with machine control hardware and pneumatics (preferred, not required)
- Ability and willingness to travel when required
- Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Proficient using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing tools
- Flexibility as job duties may change based on project needs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and background screen
- Ability to handle physical work, will climb under machinery to wire it
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
- Overtime up until 4pm when needed
- Occasional evenings/weekends based on project needs
- $20-23/hr based on experience
