Position OverviewAs a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box‑making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts.
Schedule OptionsWork 3 Days, Enjoy 4 Days Off (12‑hour shifts)
- Front Half Nights:
Sun 6PM – Mon 6AM, Mon 6PM – Tues 6AM, Tues 6PM – Wed 6AM - Back Half Nights:
Wed 6PM – Thurs 6AM, Thurs 6PM – Fri 6AM, Fri 6PM – Sat 6AM - Back Half Days (30 Hours):
Thurs 6AM – Thurs 6PM, Fri 6AM – Fri 6PM, Sat 6AM – Sat Noon
- Competitive hourly rates, $19.35–$19.85 based on shift

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Punctuality in reporting for work to ensure smooth production startup
- Physical stamina and coordination, including the ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs, and stand or sit for up to 12 hours daily
