Job Summary

The Senior ERP & Logistics Process Manager serves as a key liaison between Business and IT, responsible for designing, standardizing, and implementing global logistics-related ERP and material flow processes. This role drives operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, cost performance, and process quality across cross-functional and international teams.

• Lead complex, cross-functional, and international projects related to logistics, ERP, and material flow processes

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Define, implement, and maintain global standards and best practices for logistics and ERP processes

• Optimize logistics, warehouse, and production workflows using ERP solutions

• Support ERP process design, configuration, and customization initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and production environments

• Ensure process alignment, data accuracy, and operational scalability

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project and process management

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional, and international initiatives

• Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems

• Solid understanding of logistics and production flows

• Hands-on experience with warehouse and material flow planning

• Experience in SAP consulting and customization , including one or more of the following modules:

  • MM (Materials Management)

  • WM (Warehouse Management)

  • PP (Production Planning)

  • SD (Sales & Distribution)

  • PM (Plant Maintenance)

• ERP Process Optimization

• SAP Configuration & Customization
