A role where every meal brings care and comfort. Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring Dietary Aides to support our dining services team. From preparing and serving meals to maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen, you’ll play a key part in helping residents feel cared for and at home in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community.

Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents based on dietary guidelines and individual needs

Provide friendly, respectful service that enhances the resident dining experience

Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner

Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

Work as part of the dietary team to support smooth kitchen operations

Create a welcoming atmosphere where residents enjoy mealtimes with comfort and dignity

No certification required—training provided

Previous food service, healthcare, or hospitality experience a plus but not required

Dependable, resident-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and follow food safety practices
