Responsible for providing personalized, hands-on care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities;
Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the STNA assists clients with activities of daily living, basic healthcare needs, and provides companionship;
Support clients with daily hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care;
Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate, and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse;
Remind clients to take prescribed medications on time as directed.
