Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Engineering Manager for a leading heavy equipment manufacturer in NW Ohio.
ResponsibilitiesThe Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and installation of industrial heavy equipment. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, optimizes performance, and leads a team of engineers and fabricators.
- Supervise and mentor the staff/team by fostering positive employee relations and promoting a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Oversee the specification, design, and fabrication, and install of industrial heavy equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for seamless execution.
- Implement reliability engineering practices to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and other relevant safety and engineering standards.
- Allocate resources and manage project timelines to meet operational goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or technical related Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of load calculations and structural integrity
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
