Nurse Coordinator - Acute ; Eve​/Night Shift occ weekends

Full-time RN leadership role with flexible evening and night shifts, including 8, 10, or 12-hour options, totaling 40 hours/week over 4 days.

• Lead and foster a positive, accountable staff environment, implementing quality and infection control initiatives.
• Collaborate on staff education, oversee daily operations of Med/Surg and Emergency departments, ensure adequate staffing, and support patient care as needed.
• Utilize nursing skills and communication standards for patient assessments, documentation, and emergency response.
• Assist with policy development, data collection, staff mentoring, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Participate in hospital committees, promote organizational values, and perform additional duties as required.

• Registered Nurse licensed in Iowa with at least 2 years hospital experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in nursing procedures, equipment, and documentation; willing to obtain additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Strong communication, decision-making, and team skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently.

$33.82 - $48.00/hour, with benefits including health/dental insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
